2.1 Services

We provide installation, consultation, and maintenance for Essential AI devices for daily living.

2.1.1 Refundable Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 48 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted via our contact form. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven business days. Services may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice at no extra charge.

2.1.2 Non-refundable Professional Services

Custom installation and system integration services reserved specifically for your location and requirements are non-refundable due to resource allocation upon booking.

2.2 Digital Information Products

Our digital guides and tutorials on using AI devices can be purchased online. If no more than one module has been accessed or downloaded, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via our contact form. Refunds are issued within seven business days to the original payment method.

2.3 Physical Goods

AI device kits and accessories may be shipped back in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery to the address above. Once received and inspected, a refund is issued within seven business days to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back. Items that show signs of use beyond initial inspection are not eligible for a refund.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, homeaigearx and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
